Consultation was good. Reading letters technician performance , I was not fully satisfied and she wasn't taking much time to the client and few minutes repet few minutes was completed her job. Overall performance was very good.

I visited for my eye check up , the appointment process was seamless and smooth ; as soon as I reached , just my mobile number was taken and then it was a smooth process with basic check up such as eye pressure , power etc . In a matter of mins i met dr.pratiba who thoroughly checked and spent 30 mins discussing my issue and resolution. Infact , I myself asked for laser surgery which she advised may not be beneficial as my power is lesser . I found that very ethical and patient friendly. My next check up was with senior dr RK , a thorough gentleman again and ETHICAL . The overall process was very smooth with polite and courteous staff all through namely Shruti optometrist , counsellor sharmila and branch manager . I was so satisfied with service I took down their names. I was so pleased I took my senior citizen father (also cardiac care patient ) to Agarwal adyar branch for his cataract. In short , it went very very well and we are grateful to adyar branch. Doctors and living gods. More esp , such smooth process during these pandemic times around us. Thank you . One small piece of suggestion , if your sofa chairs can be taller it would help senior citizens to easily get up .

Hassle free consultation. No need to book appointments for general consultation. Everything is moved very fast. So less waiting time as well. Dr. Prathiba was an amazing doctor. The clinic had a very systematic appointment and everyone followed it. Overall it was a very smooth experience.
