The hospitality in here is very good and there are lot of improvements compared to the previous visit. I was consulted Dr Mirlay , the doctor understands the patient problem in ease and provides good suggestions. He doesn't recommend unnecessary test or treatment. He answers all the Questions with patience and also provides the real time examples for patient to understand the current problem of patient. The entire process was taken care ever well, inspire of his busy schedule he takes care of patient with a smile and also provides the timeline for attending doctor.

One of the best and reliable hospital in Bangalore. Yesterday my mother's cataract surgery was performed through eye drop surgery which was painless, and my mother is feeling better and comfortable. Special thanks to Dr Ram Mirlay and entire support staff, they all are soft spoken and cooperative.

My mother needed cataract surgery for both her eyes and needed to be done urgently. The staff are very warm and kind hearted. The surgical coordinators Pauline and Charu were amazing and did an excellent job in explaining the preoperative and postoperative procedures. Doctor Preethi is an excellent doctor who ensured the tests were accurate. She herself redid the tests to ensure the results were accurate. In a nutshell, staff and doctors are efficient, warm and kind. They put interest of the patient and their families.

Today had a cataract operation for my Dad. Dr Preethi was very caring in her interaction and patiently explaining the nuances as my dad was diabetic. The cashless insurance process was a breeze as Pauline had a structured checklist of documents and it was executed in 6 hours. The attendants and front desk were very attentive to the needs of my 90 year old dad. One request is to come early and park your vehicle a little ahead near the police station as the hospital itself is at a busy as spot and there is no parking at the hospital Overall, Empathetic Doctors Sophisticated Equipments Caring Nurses. Your eyes are in safe hands here 🙂

My experience was excellent. Very professional and courteous service by one and all in Morley eye hospital. Both of my eyes were operated in a span of 10 days in November 2022 by Dr. Ram S Mirley . He had done a professional job keeping you occupied explaining the process during surgery this relaxing the patient.
