We did cataract operation for my mother in Agarwal eye hospital Trichy 1. Clean ambience 2. Staffs are very polite and kind 3. Patients are well informed about the procedure which will be undertaken 4. Doctor is highly polite and explains the stage of the cataract clearly and consulted accordingly. 5. Waiting time is bit high during the time of operation. 6. Dosage of medicines are explained clearly by the staff. 7. Counseling department is very understandable. 8. Pantry or cafe facility is not available in the building so be prepared. 9. Regular follow up phone calls were received from the hospital. 10. Charges are affordable and approximate charges were informed well in advance. 11. Extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided.
