Dr. Sonal Ashok Erole holds an MBBD, a DNB in ophthalmology, and a fellowship in medical retina. From the government medical institution in Dhule, she received her mbbs. She earned a certificate from the B.J. Medical College in Pune and a DNB in ophthalmology from the Sankara Eye Hospital in Coimbatore. Then, she completed medical retina fellowship from Lions nab Eye Hospital in Miraj. She worked as a senior resident at B.J. Medical College after completing her phacoemulsification training at H V Desai Eye Hospital. She spent two years working as a consultant at the Poona Hospital and Research Center in Pune. For two years, she served as a consultant on the pimple nilakh region at her own clinic. During the previous three years, she had been a faculty member at D.Y. Patil Medical College in Pune.
