Dr Agarwals eye hospital has been a friendly place for me with experienced personnel I my family and I have received the required professional assistance and guidance to our expectations. However, the current scenario is that the place is becoming overwhelmed with extended numbers of customers from Nhimha which is somehow compromising the standards There is need to up the skills and personnel so that the good service provision is not compromised.

I was received well, and taken through the registration process professionally. Even when I was told the problem concerning my NHIMA registration, the lady at the reception entered my name which enabled me to be attended to. I then saw the person in charge of refraction, he was very professional making me feel comfortable. Finally I saw the doctor who was professional and courteous. Thank you Agarwals for the work you are doing. Keep it up; there's always room for continous improvement.
