Recently we purchased eye glasses for myself, spouse, son, father-in-law and mother-in-law. The Staff at Agarwals 20|20 were very polite and helpful in selecting frames and choosing proper lens. They did free eye testing for me and my mother-in-law. The ambience of the eye care clinic is good. We got the spectacles delivered on time. We were happy and satisfied with the purchases. The staff helped in every possible way and made these purchases a pleasant and memorable one. The quality of the frames were also great. Edit: After a couple of months, a lens in my frame slightly came out. All other frames were from Agarwals, but for my spex, I requested them to fit the lens in my old frame. Got to know that it was an issue with my old frame, due to which the lens had slightly come out. But Agarwals Eye Care took the issue into their hands, and resolved the issue, completely free of cost. So, Agarwals goes to any extent to provide a satisfactory resolution. This incident gave me the assurance that we can buy at Aggarwals Gowrivakkam with confidence.
