Overall very good experience. Went for eye checkup. First you have to fill the form and pay the fees (₹ 500) and if you are referred by some other physicians you may get some discount in the consultation fees. Once you pay the fees, you will be examined in AR NCT room where they do basic eye test and after that you will be redirected to Refraction room where actual eye test is done and lastly, the Doctor will do the final checkup and prescribe the medicines if applicable. Pharmacy and Eye glass/Optics shop is present inside the hospital. Also, information about different Laser treatments was given.

The hospital is neat and clean.. doctors are efficient.support staff too are excellent. But there are steps in front of the hospital which elderly people cannot climb.my mom is around 80 with arthritic knees..so certain suitable arrangements must be made for them. Also,there is no elevators inside the hospital..this is a very big minus point for the hospital.not everyone can use the escalator inside. Please do the needful and your hospital will do very well for all kinds of patients 👍 Also.. please provide 24/7 emergency service.will be most appreciated.

My mother needed a cataract operation and I had an excellent experience right from the stage of testing, operation and post ops. The staff are very kind, guide properly through out. Dr Ravi , there are no words to describe his pleasant interaction with the patients. Overall I would highly recommend this hospital.

My mother underwent cataract surgery by very kind Dr. Ravi D. We are very happy with the treatment received at Dr. Agarwal eye hospital Bannerghatta road. Patients are handled with care here from reception to exit. Mr Satish was very helpful in helping with decision making for selection of lens and insurance coverage. I highly recommend this hospital as there are no interns here. The wait time is also almost negligible. Thankful to Dr. Ravi D for zero defect surgery. My mother is at ease in her day to day activities.
