The whole place is huge. It has seating and air conditioning too. The receptionist will give you a form to fill. You will be taken to different rooms to get your eye check up done. They will assign you a bed and you will be given medication drops to numb your eyes and prepare you for surgery. The team of doctors are really good. You can see and hear the procedure but they guide you through the procedure so you aren’t scared. The whole procedure is done in no time. Dr. Bijal Mehta is a really friendly and good doctor. She very calmly and nicely explained the whole lasik procedure and then asked if I was ready. She even reassured me and gave me courage. She kept talking to me throughout the procedure so I don’t feel a scared.

Came here for my wife's cateract issues...The team of doctors, the support staff are all highly professional. The feel one gets on entering the place is very reassuring as if it's in some international hospital. They keep to time when given an appointment. Overall a great experience.
