The entire team was courteous, helpful and provided ease to us while I visited Eye hospital for my father's procedure. The counsellor staff Ms. Nibedita was patient enough to answer all our queries, Dr Shahnawaz Hossain is very adept doctor and gave us confidence all throughout. The support staff in Operation Theater and Front Desk were highly motivated, polite, professional, courteous. They were patient and very well behaved in-spite of several patients that they were dealing with. One suggestion for them would be to have a separate team to handle post operative patient queries. Sometimes the front desk representatives can get overwhelmed handling patient queries over phone and in personal. I highly recommend this location.

Overall experience is good, but I would like to say that,if is free for senior citizen than why advice me for YAG capsulotomy which cost rs. 1500/ please clarefy honestly.
