My experience has been great during my father-in-law's recent cataract surgery. What was impressive was the end-to-end efficient management of patient care. The neat and hygiene place made it feel great. The doctor and more importantly the support staff were very thoughtful, courteous, and effective. Most updated machines and computer systems, and automatic appointment bookings made it a charm. No hassle Insurance facilitated with the help of Ayushi was great. Her proactive follow-up and keeping the patient/Attendant warm was what brought the experience to a whole new level. Also its worth mentioning that there were no hidden, extra charges, etc. for anything. . . Parking facilities could be better but are manageable considering these are short visits

I have undergone cataract surgery for both of my eyes. I am very happy and satisfied with the surgery and with the entire process and services given. All the insurance process was very smooth. I got my Lasik surgery done here to correct vision. The branch is very systematic and patient friendly and everything happens pretty smoothly. The SMILE surgery was done in seconds and proper care was taken that everything happens in the best way. My eyes are also in a very good condition post surgery. Their counsellor Ayushi is also also super supportive and works 24x7 to provide best and immediate support regarding all the things before and after procedure too! Definitely worth to visit and prefer this place for eye treatments!!

The experience was quite good and impressive in the hospital. I went there for my father’s cataract surgery for both eyes here. Ms Ayushi coordinated with us regarding appointments and follow ups and even during her non working hours. Dr. Bindhya and her whole team was very supportive during the surgery. We are very much satisfied and experienced good support from all departments from reception, eye glass department to pharmacy. Our experience was smooth and satisfying and I highly recommend Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital to all.

Amazing experience. I never felt that I am going to some hospital. Within a week, I was able to plan 3 surgeries (2 operations for mom and 1 for dad) without any issue. Moreover, it was really great operation and my mom and dad are really having great vision now. Hope to have great vision in the future. Thanks to doctor Bindiya and Aayushi who supported us for all insurance stuff.
