Suhasini heads the HR function for the Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospitals group. She is passionate about creating business impact through strategic human resource and talent management.
She is currently focused on bringing new facets to the leadership team at Dr. Agarwals. Her belief is that people with diverse backgrounds and rich experiences will enrich the group with best practices from across industries. Key work areas include Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Reward & Recognitions and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Suhasini completed her post graduate degree in human resources & worked for over a decade at ABC Consultants – the pioneer recruitment company, before joining Dr. Agarwals.
She has over 15 years of experience in the area of Human Resources Management.
She brings great zeal and enthusiasm to the workplace and ensures that everyone around her has fun and is motivated. She loves spending time with her young daughter at home.
