शैक्षणिक उपक्रम

• Grand Rounds and Clinical Discussions: Engaging in case discussions, quarterly assessments, and academic learning focused on cataract and IOL surgeries.
• Research: Opportunities to contribute to research on cataract surgery techniques, IOL advancements, and postoperative care, including data collection and basic analysis.

This fellowship offers an in-depth, hands-on experience in cataract and IOL surgeries, with specialized training in glued IOL techniques. It provides comprehensive clinical exposure, surgical expertise, and research opportunities to enhance skills in advanced ophthalmic procedures.

क्लिनिकल प्रशिक्षण

• IOL रोपण: Comprehensive training in the selection, placement, and advanced techniques of intraocular lens (IOL) implantation, including glued IOL procedures.
• Preoperative and Postoperative Management: Active participation in the management of complex cataract cases to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Community Ophthalmology : Active participation in out reach camps. 

हँड्स-ऑन सर्जिकल प्रशिक्षण

 Extensive hands-on experience in cataract surgeries, including: 

• फॅकोइमल्सिफिकेशन
• Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS)
• Extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE)
• Glued Intraocular Lens (Glued IOL) implantation

तारखा चुकवू नयेत

फेलोचे सेवन वर्षातून दोनदा होईल.
